As Joseph Pilates once said, if done 3 times a week: “You will feel better in 10 sessions, look better in 20 sessions and have a completely new body in 30 sessions…or your money back.”
My main goal is to make sure my clients get the most out of Pilates: it’s more than just an hour’s workout – by incorporating what you learn in your sessions you can enhance your every-day life (activities, travels, etc.) and strengthen your body to prevent future injuries.
I am one of the few instructors in Southern California that is trained directly through the Romana’s Pilates program: Romana, Pilates’ protege, has maintained the tradition of keeping true to the original Pilates (Contrology). I intend to preserve the method as close to the Master’s intentions.
