That phrase exemplifies Maytal’s approach to Pilates. In a world where the term “Pilates” has been diluted, bastardized and remedial..ized, she is dedicated to giving her clients the best and most effective experience that she can. Like most people, Maytal was unaware that various types of Pilates exist, all she knew was that something was “missing.” Through experience and years of research (paired with a lot of trial, mostly resulting in errors) she has found her niche – the Romana’s (the truest) technique.
Maytal only works at studios supplied with Gratz equipment (the original Pilates equipment manufacturer) to ensure her clients get the most authentic and, thus, efficient workout.
